	Substation and Hi-Voltage
	Electrical Systems is recognized as a leader in the design, engineering and installation of substations in the Southeast Wisconsin area. We have recommended, engineered and installed complete Substation Systems for several facilities in Racine County, including the following: City of Racine Water Department, Liquid Container LLP, In Sink Erator, Carthage College.

	We have the expertise and in house capabilities to provide the following services:
		Analyze and recommend methods of balancing the power needs of a facility.
		Provide cost saving ideas (Primary/Secondary).
		Design and install Hi-Voltage Loop Systems.
		Maintain, upgrade and modify substations.
		Design and install backup power systems.
		We continue to provide continuous training to our electricians who are highly experienced in High Voltage work.
		We have all equipment, vehicles and testers in house for High Voltage work.

	Voice, Data and Fiber Optics
	Electrical Systems continues to focus on the voice, data and fiber optics cabling installation so we can build on our strong foundation of technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of this industry. We are well positioned to do this because of the following:

	*Our Expertise in machine wiring includes the following:*
		We have extensive experience doing this type of work (over 10 years).
		We have highly skilled and trained installers and we continue to provide regular training to our installers.
		We own the appropriate tools and equipment.
		We are known and respected for our work in this area. We are one of the few fiber optics installers in this area.
		We are a member of BISCI and NECA.
		We are approved for certification by Beldon/Ortronics (one of three in the state of Wisconsin). This gives us the ability to provide 25 year warranties.

		Machine Wiring, Control Panels, PLC's
		Electrical Systems has a strong technical expertise and in depth knowledge of machine wiring, control panels and PLC's.

	*Our Expertise in machine wiring includes the following:*
		Disconnect and reconnect machines, including providing feeds.
		Wire, provide and connect all electrical components of a brand new machine.
		Modify or bring up to code, the wiring of an existing machine.

	*We have skilled electricians familiar with all aspects of control panel work including the following:*
		Wire a complete control panel, e.g. Modine Manufacturing.
		Suggest changes and improvements to the design.
		Troubleshoot and modify an existing panel.
		Build panels in our shop from customer's drawings.
		We provide regular training to our installers. We do PLC programming and modifications to customer written programs.
		We have done machine connect and reconnect projects around the world.


	Service Calls/Maintenance
	Electrical systems has a fleet of 13 fully equipped service vehicles available at short notice.

	Our service department offers the following:
		Our service vehicles are available for routine to complicated troubleshooting calls and take care of any electrical problems.
		We stay in touch with our electricians with the use of cellular phones and can send they to an emergency in short notice.
		The time spent per call can vary from a few minutes to days.
		Since we have a broad range of expertise within our company, the type of work can be in an office, a manufacturing plant, a gas station or a school.
		We do an extensive amount of work for the local industries.
		Our employees keep the service vans at home so that in the case of an emergency in the evening or the weekend, they can go directly to the job site.
